Use a Data Table to Answer Questions

As a class or in small groups, display the data for your class. Are those the data you sent to the database?

Now display the data for All Classes. Sort the data in the Melt Time column.

• What is the shortest time reported to melt chocolate?

• What is the longest time reported to melt chocolate?

• Where does your chocolate melt data fit? Is it in the top half? middle portion? lower half?

Write down your findings. Also, write down the things you wonder about. Then sort other columns or display other data and see what you can discover. Remember to write down your findings and your questions.
